It methodologically manages the network of 64 schools throughout the country, including the National Art School, which is dedicated to the professional training of artists and cultural specialists (equivalent to upper secondary education); and the Higher Institute of Art, which directs and implements the plans for obtaining the degrees intended, for the most part, for graduates of professional training.
