1. Improve cultural programming and its quality, with the participation of the artistic movement and the population, the target and protagonist of its development.

  • Consolidation of the Programming workshops at each level as a space for analysis, viability of the proposals and fulfilment of what has been planned with quality.
  • The use of the budget and resources for the cultural programming, mainly for the summer, of the Day for Cuban Culture and the Day of the Triumph of the Revolution has been planned and evaluated.
  • Qualitative analysis of programming, based on the following indicators:
    • Community participation in the design and development of cultural programming in each territory.

    • Participation of artists, writers, promoters and art instructors in the whole process of programming.

    •  

      Balance and integration between the different manifestations of art and culture.

    •  

      Correspondence of the offer with the age of the public to which it is addressed.

    •  

      Technological conditions, from planning to evaluation, for the development of the activities.

    •  

      Professional and technical-artistic performance of the talent presented.

    •  

      Predominant ethical and aesthetic values in the artistic-cultural offer.

    •  

      Use of video and TV rooms, cinemas and other spaces in multiple and alternative uses as a contribution to the territorial programming, especially in those areas that do not have cultural facilities in good condition.

    •  

      Level of student participation and art school projects.
  • Closed spaces for the possible performance of dance and shows with professional artists.
  • Level of programming in cultural centres, music and event houses, tours and presentations of the business system.
  • Increase in cultural activities in open spaces, especially for children, parks, squares, street plans, in order to take advantage of sunlight, thus contributing to energy savings.
  • Relations between neighbouring municipalities and provinces for the exchange of talent and touring, programming of amateur talent carrier groups, among others.
  • Fulfilment of the artistic tours programmed and that these reach the municipalities and remote areas of the head municipality.
  • Activities by the subsidised artistic units in order to raise the population's reference level and make rational use of financial resources.
  • Programming of the concert bands, professional and amateur, cantorios, casino rounds, results of competitions, innovative projects and special presentations in all possible spaces.
  • Level reached in the promotion of books and reading habits in the community, considering the different forms of library extension.
  • Programming of cultural activities in remote areas and in socially disadvantaged population concentrations, stimulating the emergence of socio-cultural projects.
  • Stimulation of expressions of traditional popular culture, so that they become cultural events of reference for the territory, the country and the satisfaction of the community.
  • Carrying out workshops of the different artistic manifestations in the communities.
  • Aesthetically pleasing and hygienic image and setting of the institutional spaces where the artistic and cultural activities take place.
  • Compliance with the provisions of Resolution No. 66 of the Ministry of Culture in accordance with the Environmental Law on noise.

2. To implement the communication strategy of the organism.

  • Prioritized the promotion by the media, of artists, groups, options and activities that, because of their quality, constitute artistic and cultural references.
  • Systematized monitoring of the functioning of the media and promotion mechanisms used and adoption of measures required.
  • Improved treatment of promotion before, during and after the most important national and provincial events in the media
  • Development of research whose results contribute to the improvement of communication in the organization.
